74Charles “Howard” Moura, 77, of Hanapepe, Kauai, a retired fisherman, died in Kauai Veterans Memorial Hospital. He was born in Kapaa, Kauai. He is survived by companion Ella Kimokeo; sons Charles, James and Howard; daughters Rose Jimenez and Cimmeron Jones; hanai son James McCool; hanai daughter Makana Kia; sisters Mildred Pimental, Caroline Santos, Kathrine Kva, Dorothy Medeiros and Violet Yagihara; 17 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Sept. 24 at Hanapepe tennis court pavilion. Services: 11 a.m.
