Manuel "Manny" Nitullama, 71, of Honolulu, a retired U.S. Department of Agriculture inspector and an Army veteran, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. He was born in Waimea, Kauai. He is survived by wife Shirley; sons Aisa and Chevis Robino; daughters Shirldene Walker, Marlene Lawson and Anela Navarro; brother Chris Amper; sisters Juanita Salsbury and Bassy Lawles; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
