79Madeline Moniz, 75, of Honokaa, Hawaii, a retired custodian at Honokaa High and Elementary School, former custodian at Waimea Elementary and Intermediate School, and former room service waitress at Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, died at her daughter's home. She was born in Honokaa. She is survived by son Garrett, daughter Annette Kaipo, two grandchildren, two stepgrandchildren, a great-grandchild and six step-great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Honokaa. Mass: 10 a.m. Scattering of ashes at a later date. Casual attire.
