Janice Suda Fernandez, 51, of Kihei, Maui, part owner of Suda Store, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born in Wailuku. She is survived by husband Michael; daughter Nicole; brothers Roy, Clarence, Rupert and Francis Suda; sister Therese S. Fogarty; and a grandchild.
