Eliseo Ramos Galindo, 66, of Waipahu, a retired electrical engineer at Hawaiian Telephone Co. and a Navy veteran, died in Palo Alto, Calif. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by wife Mary; brothers Virgilo, Dr. Ben and Lawrence; and sister Evangeline Valencia. Visitation: 8 a.m. Friday at Borthwick Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Burial: 11:30 a.m. at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Casual attire.
