83Jiro Yamane, 87, of Kailua, a retired electronics technician for the Federal Aviation Administration at Honolulu Airport, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Wahiawa. He is survived by wife Vivian; son Terry; daughters Lynn Kaita, Cheryl Doo, Gail Yamane, Julie Baxter and Karin Pihana; brothers Kazumi, Asami and Shigeru; sister Doris Kurisu; 15 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
