73HelenKawachika Yoshimi, 76, of Honolulu, retired chief of the Office of Health Care Assurance in the state Department of Health, died. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by son Garret T.; daughters Nanette H. Yoshimi and Lynelle K. McKay; brothers Robert and Thomas Kawachika; sisters Hatsumi Yoshimura and Ellen and Connie Kawachika; and three grandchildren. Private services.
