Thomas Abregana, 64, of Tacoma, Wash., a U.S. Postal Service employee and retired Army veteran, died in Tacoma. He was born in Ewa. He is survived by a wife, five children, five brothers, four sisters and three grandchildren. Services: 10:30 a.m. Sept. 19 at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Casual attire. No flowers.
