80Richard Wayne Palmer, 63, of Hilo, a Hawaii Tribune-Herald newspaper editor, died at home. He was born in Santa Monica, Calif. He is survived by wife Linda, son Matthew, daughter Becky, mother Elizabeth and three grandchildren. Services held.
