Susana “Rose” Togiai, 64, of Wahiawa, an Army veteran and a retired payroll clerk at NAVCAM at Whitmore Village, died in Ewa Beach. She was born in Tutuila, American Samoa. She is survived by brothers Green, Chris and Harrison; and sisters Irene Kaupe, Lucy Togiai, PattyPaahana and Sandy Purdy. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Tuesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 10 a.m. Burial: 11 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire.
