74Valeriana Toledo Mina, 92, of Lebanon, Ore., a retired Tripler Army Medical Center physical therapist, died in Lebanon. She was born in Makaweli, Kauai. She is survived by sons Michael T., Alfred T. Ernest T. and Ronaldo T.; daughter Hermelinda T.M. Miller; 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Private services.
