73Arcenio Mendoza Pagatpatan, 98, of Honolulu, died in Long Beach, Calif. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by sons Philip and Sam Pagatpatan and Ronald Sevilla; sister Tomasa Pascua; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 11:30 a.m. Inurnment: 2:15 p.m. at Nuuanu Memorial Park. Casual attire. No flowers.
