73Pelly Belibad Arurang Sr., 64, of Hilo, a cook for Affordable Catering and a head cook for the former Dick’s Coffee House, died at home. He was born in Palau. He is survived by wife Dolores S.; son Pelly Jr.; daughters Dorothy and Regina; four brothers; two sisters; and six grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Wednesday at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Services: 7 p.m. Cremation to follow. Casual attire.
