Jack Kiyoto Mizushima, 93, of Honolulu, a retired Fort Shafter fire inspector and an Army veteran with the 100th Battalion C Company, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. He was born in Lahaina, Maui. He is survived by sons Roy, Vern and Gary; daughter Kay; brother Masami; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Friday at Olivet Baptist Church, 1775 S. Beretania St. Services: 6:30 p.m. at the church. Committal services: 3 p.m. Monday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Casual attire.
