Bruce W. Bolton, 93, of Honolulu, an Army Air Force veteran and retired United Airlines sales manager, died at home. He was born in San Francisco. He is survived by daughters Ruthann Holm, Emily Hoffman and Elizabeth Bolton; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Remembrance celebration:8:30 a.m. Thursday at the Outrigger Canoe Club. Aloha attire. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to the Disabled American Veterans or the Salvation Army.
