77Alfred Serafin Domingsil, 86, of Ewa Beach, a retired Matson stevedore, died in Manila. He was born in Vintar, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Sianing; daughters Marylynn Blanco and Evelyn Ladera; brothers Santiago, Rafael, Dominador, Jose and Eliseo; and six grandchildren.
