Jeffrey Banning Pagaduan, also known as “Jeff” and “Opihi Man,” 48, of Kailua-Kona, a journeyman carpenter and a fisherman, died in Kona Community Hospital. He was born in Kahuku. He is survived by daughter Michelle Talbit; mother Syl Ahlo; brothers Alfred and Eugene Pagaduan, Gem Ahina and Jerry Conn; and sisters Kerisa Carmelo, Pammie Bedsaul and Tabu Ahlo. Services: 10 a.m. Saturday at Old Airport Pavilion #3. Casual attire. No flowers.
