Richard Blaine Robbins, 74, of Honolulu, an accountant and Air Force veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Winthrop, Maine. He is survived by brothers Duane L. Sr., Frederick, Donald R. and Robert G.; and sister Nancy Stover. Private services.
