Frank “Boye” Ringor, 64, of Wahiawa, a Howard Construction employee and an Army veteran, died in Wahiawa. He was born in Wahiawa. He is survived by sons Jacob K. and Ikaika J., mother Fortunata U., brother Alfredo, sisters Priscilla R. Sy and Gloria R. Pfister, and five grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 1403 California Ave., Wahiawa. Mass: 7 p.m. Additional visitation: 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 11 a.m. Committal services: 2 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
