74Epifanio Rumbaoa "Peping" Duran, 72, of Kahului, a retired groundskeeper at Aston Maui Lu in Kihei, died at home. He was born in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Margarita B.; daughter Glen B.; hanai daughter Clarita B.; brothers Juan and Alfredo; sisters Mary Castillo, Marcela Lagundino and Andrea Cacal; and three grandchildren.
