76Kiyoko Higa “Ella” Victorino, 84, of Makawao, Maui, a retired Spencecliff cook, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughters Eileen Bascon, Cynthia Duarte and Valerie Victorino; brothers Robert, John, Shigeo, Hideyoshi and Hideo Higa; sister Nobu Higa; 14 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Friday at Nakamura Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 2 p.m. at Maui Memorial Park. Aloha or casual attire.
