Diego Tumacder, 73, of Kahuku, an Air Force retiree, died in Honolulu. He was born in Kahuku. He is survived by wife Johanna; sons Bernd and Eddie; daughters Heike, Elke, Mari, Rene and Tina; brother Carpio; sisters Aureliana, Felisa, Maria Delores and Rose; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
