79Chiyoko Masaki, 88, of Hilo, a retired barber at the former Sakaki Barber Shop, died in Hale Anuenue Restorative Care Center. She was born in Kapehu, Hawaii. She is survived by brother Masato "Norman" and sisters Eleanor S. Kokubun and Eiko Yamaoka. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
