Herbert Seijin Ginoza, 86, of Mountain View, Calif., a retired NASA biochemist and an Army Air Corps veteran who served in World War II, died in Livermore, Calif. He was born in Kahaluu. He is survived by son Otis; stepdaughter Cheri Collins; brothers George and Frank; sisters Grace Young, Jean Dumphy and June Yoon; and two grandchildren. No services. No flowers. Donations suggested to Hawaii United Okinawa Association.
