Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday, September 29, 2011 at Ballard Family Mortuary, service will begin at 7:30 p.m., and cremation will follow. Family requests to please limit flowers to lei only.
Sean is survived by his wife, Michelle,West son, Morgan West; daughter, Makana West; mother, Lynn Tubera; sister, Ka'io Tubera; brother, Jay Nakoa; and aunt, Patty Long.
