Bobby Dwaine Woods, 74, of Honolulu, a retired Navy master chief petty officer who served in the Vietnam War, died in Tripler Army Medical Center. He was born in Three Rivers, Mich. He is survived by wife Sung Cha, son Chae Choe, sister Virginia R. Scarbrough and a grandchild. Committal services: 11 a.m. Monday at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
