71Kazuko Matsukuma, 95, of Kailua, a retired U.S. government clerk at Hickam Air Force Base, died. She was born in Los Angeles. She is survived by daughter Kiyomi Matsukuma-Young, brother George Shimizu and three grandchildren. Private services.
