75Hiroshi "Tommy" Kouchi, 86, of Honolulu, a retired salesman, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Honomu, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Jane T.; daughters Lori Hamilton, Jan Iwanaga and Jean Kouchi; sister Kazuko Fujioka; and three grandchildren. Visitation: 4 p.m. Saturday at Kaimuki Christian Church. Services: 5 p.m. Aloha attire.
