74Emily Charlotte Tom Young, 87, of Honolulu, a retired Kapalama Elementary School kindergarten teacher, died at home. She was born in Waikapu, Maui. She is survived by husband Donald H.B.; sons Glenn, Bruce and Keith; daughter Lorie; sister Lillian Chou; and five grandchildren. Visitation: 9:15 a.m. Friday at Diamond Head Mortuary. Graveside services: 10:30 a.m. at Diamond Head Memorial Park. Additional visitation: noon at Community Church of Honolulu. Services: 1 p.m. Aloha attire. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to the American Cancer Society.
