74Ivy Leimomi Jeremiah, 73, of Wailuku, a retired hula instructor, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Kalei, Byron W. and Bowman K.; daughter Trudy So'o; brothers Sterling and Theodore P.
