79James Cho Ying Lam, 91, of Honolulu, a retired real estate developer in Hong Kong, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Hong Kong. He is survived by sons David and Charles; daughters Lillian Waldbeser, Maria Smedegaard and Alice Leitner; 14 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 11 a.m. Thursday at Diamond Head Mortuary. Services: 12:30 p.m. Graveside services: 2 p.m. at Diamond Head Memorial Park. Casual attire.
