73Cleopat Etsuko Uemura, 70, of Koloa, Kauai, a state secretary, died in Wilcox Hospital. She was born in Wailuku. She is survived by husband Kenneth, sons Miles and Ricky, daughter Shiela Awong, brother Shoichi Tamura, sister Lillian Murakami and five grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Garden Island Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Casual attire.
