74Masaji “Danny” Mitsumura, 78, of Kula, Maui, a master carpenter who worked with Hicks Construction and as a Maui County inspector, died at home. He was born in Kula. He is survived by wife Louise “Hanicky”; sons Daniel M., Don, Ronald, Mike and Randy; daughter Danette; brother Yoshiyuku; sisters Masako Krepky, Marian Pharr and Masayo Kimura; 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Private scattering of ashes.
