Shell L. Kelly, 60, of Waipahu, a marine electrician at Pearl Harbor, died in Hawaii Medical Center West. He was born in Mississippi. He is survived by wife Lynn Lewis, mother Mary Mosley and sister Juanice. Services: 6 p.m. Nov. 5 (in celebration of Shell’s birthday) at his home in Waipahu. RSVP with Lynn at 454-7639.
