John E. "Jack" Wickham, 88, of Honolulu, a retired Construction Materials Hawaii salesman and U.S. Navy veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Newton, N.J. He is survived by daughters Pamela Enloe and Marcia Wickham, hanai daughter Joni Lee and sister Wickie Westbrook. Services to be held in Washington state.
