John Seichi Muranaka, 81, of Honolulu, a retired auto upholsterer and a state retiree, died in Honolulu. He was born in Paia, Maui. He is survived by wife Amy Y.; sons Bart, Barry and Cass; sisters Dora Kurisu and Myrna Hamamoto; and four grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Tuesday at Diamond Head Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire.
