Charles Eikichi Oshiro, 91, of Honolulu, a retired Spencecliff cook at Fisherman's Wharf, died. He was born in Mountain View, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Yaeko, son Dennis S., daughter Amy Yamoto, four grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services.
