TEOFILO EDANOTEOFILO LICARDO EDANO
Age 92, of Pearl City, Hawaii, passed away November 9, 2011 in Wahiawa. Born November 3, 1919 in Palompon, Leyte, Philippines. Teofilo L. Edano was a WWII veteran, member of the US Armed Forces-Far East, Bataan Death March survivor, Korean War veteran (10th Batallion) and 30-year veteran of the Armed Forces of the Philippines. He last worked as a parking cashier at the Waikiki Trade Center and retired at age 81.
He is survived by wife, Rosario A. Edano; daughters, Charito (Filomeno) Villacrusis, Angie Ildefonso, Rosana Susan (Roilan) Montesines, Socorro Edano; sons, Teofilo Danilo (Marina) Edano of Philippines, Joey (Jennifer) Edano of San Jose CA, Francisco (Johanna) Edano of Las Vegas; 17 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
Visitation 6-9 p.m. Thursday (December 8) at Mililani Downtown Mortuary; Wake Service 7 p.m. Visitation also 9:30 a.m. Friday (December 9) at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church; (1525 Waimano Home Rd., Pearl City) Mass 11:15 a.m. Committal Service 1 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery. Casual Attire. Flowers Welcome.
