Lorraine Izumi Oba, 84 of Honolulu, a retired registered nurse, died. She was born on Maui. She is survived by son Wesley J., daughter Leila Oba-Nakamatsu, brother Hisashi Kawai, sister Shirley Y. Muraoka and four grandchildren. Private services.
