Darla C. Serrao, 68, of Kapolei, formerly of Hilo, a retired secretary at University of Hawaii Employment Training Center, died in Hawaii Medical Center East. She is survived by brothers Norbert and Wendell. Visitation: 9 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Hilo. Mass: 10 a.m. Inurnment to follow at Homelani Memorial Park. No flowers.
