Dr. Francis Tai Chung Au, 87, of Honolulu, a general surgeon and a teacher of the strength-stretching exercise luk tung kuen, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Cora; sons Ronald, Lee and Frank; and seven grandchildren. No services.
