80Palmer Roy "Sila" Victor, 69, of Keaau, Hawaii, a former security guard at Hawaii Protective Association, died at home. He was born in Waimea, Hawaii. He is survived by sons Melvin and Warren Kelsom, brother Walter K. "Adamo," 11 grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 3 p.m. Friday at Haili Congregational Church. Services: 4 p.m. Cremation to follow. Casual attire.
