75Midori Shimabukuro, 83, of Hilo, a retired Kandi's Snack Shop kitchen helper, died in Hilo Medical Center. She was born in Kealakekua-Kona, Hawaii. She is survived by husband William "Willie"; sons Alan and Dale McCabe; daughter Tammy Arquero; brothers Ralph, James and Winfred Kubo; sisters Amy Ross, Judy Fukuda, Michie Hines and Eiko DeQuattro; and 10 grandchildren. Private services.
