Harold Kazuyuki Fukunaga, 89, of Honolulu, a retired director of the Accounting Division for the state Department of Education and an Army veteran who served in World War II with the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, Company G, died in Maunalani Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was born in Honokaa, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Jane S. and daughters Carol A. and Amy L. Private services.
