Roland Wusstig Mendoza, 53, of Paauilo, Hawaii, and Yigo, Guam, a heavy equipment operator for the Guam Power Authority and an Army veteran, died in Hale Hoola Hamakua, Honokaa. He was born in Tamuning, Guam. He is survived by brothers Bernard, Gerson Jr., Eliazar, Raynaldo and Wilbert; and sisters Marilyn and Brenda. Privates services. Interment to be held at Guam Veterans Cemetery in Piti, Guam.
