Edward Columbus Winslow Jr., 82, of Pahoa, Hawaii, a retired cartographer for the federal government, died at home. He was born in Maryland. He is survived by wife Sandra, son Jon D. and brother Thomas. Celebration of life: 1 p.m. Saturday at his residence.
