She is survived by son Kainoa Evangelista; daughters Kanoe Evangelista, Starlynn Evangelista-Opetaia and Sherae Uliulileave-Evangelista-Opetaia; father Norman Evangelista; mother Lizzie Evangelista; stepmother Phyllis Ono-Evangelista; brothers Norman Jr., Darren, Kellen and Bill Evangelista; sisters Johnette Kanoa, Renee and Risa Evangelista, and Sandra Cornell; and six grandchildren. Services at noon Saturday at Middle Park, Waianae. Casual attire.
