Age 79, of Waimanalo, passed away November 15, 2011 at her home. Born November 6, 1932 in Honolulu. Pastor of The Way, The Truth & The Life Pentacostal Church, Inc.
She is survived by sons, Elmer "Alama" (Isabelle) Makalii, Clayton Makalii, Rev. George Ka'ahanui; daughters, Melissa "Nana" Miyamura of Maui, Maile (John) Bird, Ellareen (Daneford) Wright of Maui, Joreen (Alex) Johnson; brothers, Allan (Ala) Kila, Robert (Velmar) Kila, Paul Kila, James (Arnetta) Kila of OK; sisters, Miriam Smythe, Rebecca Kauo of CA, Alice Morikawa of Kauai; 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grand-children; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation 6:00 p.m. Thursday 12/15 at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel, Waipio, Service 7:00 p.m. Visitation also 9:00 a.m. Friday 12/16 at the Mortuary, Service 10:00 a.m. Committal service 1:00 p.m. at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. Aloha Attire.
