Yukio Gotanda, 88, of Honolulu, a retired state social services and housing attorney and an Army veteran, died. He was born in Waimea, Kauai. He is survived by wife Masae, son John Y. and daughter Misa A. Zane. Visitation: 3 p.m. Saturday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 4 p.m. Casual attire.
