79Edna Kulamika Makalii, 79, of Waimanalo, a pastor of The Way, the Truth & the Life Pentacostal Church Inc., died at home. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Elmer "Alama" and Clayton Makalii, and the Rev. George Ka‘ahanui; daughters Melissa "Nana" Miyamura, Maile Bird, Ellareen Wright and Joreen Johnson; brothers Allan, Robert, Paul and James Kila; sisters Miriam Smythe, Rebecca Kauo and Alice Morikawa; 13 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Thursday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 7 p.m. Additional visitation: 9 a.m. Friday at the mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Committal services: 1 p.m. at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Aloha attire.
